All duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of funds therein.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jlll1 will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — regardless of whether such use was authorized by you — is your responsibility.
4.4 You must notify jlll1 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account.
5.1 jlll1 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online transfer, and Visa/Mastercard (where applicable). The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. A deposit made from a payment account not matching the verified Account name may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.3 jlll1 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider (e.g., your bank) may impose its own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any such external charges.
5.4 Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your jlll1 Account at the time of transaction. jlll1 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable prior notice.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have successfully completed jlll1's KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until identity verification is complete.
6.2 Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account held in the Player's verified name. jlll1 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, prepaid cards not linked to a verified identity, or cryptocurrency wallets not previously approved in writing by jlll1 compliance.

8.3 jlll1 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical malfunction, error in odds, or manifest error has occurred. In such circumstances, stakes will be returned to the affected Player's Account. Winnings derived from an erroneous result are not payable.
8.4 Players are prohibited from using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the jlll1 Platform in a manner not intended for human users. Detection of automated play will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform.
12.1 jlll1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 jlll1 may share Player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and compliance partners as required by Applicable Regulations, anti-money laundering obligations, and PAGCOR reporting requirements. Such sharing does not constitute a breach of jlll1's privacy obligations to Players.
13.1 jlll1 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlll1 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted access.
13.2 jlll1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
13.3 In any event, jlll1's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.1 jlll1 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate any Player Account where it determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or financial risk to jlll1.
14.2 Upon termination for cause, jlll1 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus balances and winnings derived from Bonus funds. Real Money balances (net of voided Bonus winnings) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any applicable investigations.
14.3 Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting jlll1 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Balances remaining after Bonus forfeiture will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jlll1 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jlll1's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a written description of the issue.
15.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
16.1 jlll1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlll1 will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
16.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at jlll1.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was published.
16.3 Your continued use of the jlll1 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure per Section 14.3 above.
